I am getting a LM linea 1 group (220v) next week. I would like to shoot a couple of blanks or use the hot water to preheat the cups prior to pulling shots. Will this affect the brewing temp? I plan on leaving it on all the time so perhaps just leaving the cups on the top is enough to pre-heat.
