last week i bought a secondhand vibiemme domobar from which the owner said it leaked so i got for cheap as he didnt want to repair it himself and bought a new one. anyway when i switched it on to see where leak was it turned out that the pump wasn't workin, well the elctronic part was vibrating and as far as could tell it was kind of but very very weakish pumping air... but i am not sure. i completely unsrewed everything because i cleaned a saeco pump before (but that one wasn't vibrating anymore) but the vibiemme pump was clean and also the little springs and things. After that blew in to the water inhose and opened the steam tab and air came out on the of the steam pipe(or what you call it)
if anybody has some ideas, please let me know
thank you Johan
PS: i am from the netherland so i am sorry for any wrong english

I don't have much help
It will take about a 30 seconds before the boiler fills (if it's empty), so don't expect flow from the group or leaks before that.
Otherwise, if you can disconnect the pipes to the pump, it may be worth checking if the pump works (by letting it suck in water and spit it out of the head into a bowl. If the pump is pumping, there may be a block in the pipes from the pump to the boiler, or between boiler and group. The leak and the pump's running seems to indicate that a block is the more likely problem.
