Posted Mon Mar 21, 2005, 4:20pm Subject: Brewtus User Group Launch Announcement
I am pleased to announce the arrival of the Brewtus User Group. Weighing in at 61 lbs of polished stainless steel, and a rickety drip tray. The user group idea is the hair brain scheme of a few good men and yours truly. Over the weekend we have decided to get out of our caves and go public. So, we are open for business and invite all Brewtus owners, even those caught red handed with a tall frapuccino half caf with cinnamon on top at Starbucks, to join in.
Why a user group you ask? We are not leaving CG. We love this forum and will keep posting and learning. However we want to improve our own focused communication, and organize our efforts to improve the machine. The user group's main feature is email distrinution. Any email regarding the Brewtus is sent to all members. So, no need to go through a pile of messages on CG every day just to see if there's anything on the topic. In the two days we've been operational we've already gained some interesting insights, and may have solved a vexing air leak problem with the machine. The group is for owners only (sorry guys, we will still post on CG for the general public).
So come on in, take a load off, and have a double ristretto on us. If you wish to join please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
