So Today I just received a newly refurbished Gaggia Classic from WholeLatteLove but the steam adjustment knob doesnt turn at all.  Anyone ever experience this before? Im not going to try and repair it myself since i just bought it, but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything obvious.

The valve on my new machine was a bit stuck and let go with more pressure than I wanted.  They get tested and water through the valve, then closed  and dry, and they seem to stick.  I would call WLL and agree to unstick it and keep it if ok, or return if a problem.  For reference, I try to tighten with thumb and finger pressure, not full hand.  Also, they will have an occasional drip and this usual.  If a Gaggia does not drip, give it time and it will. It is likely fine :)

Pull the knob off and use a small adjustable wrench to loosen it.
