Both boilers, 3-way valve and shower screen are SS and I think that dispersion disk from aluminum with some kind of non-stick coating/paint. Part with group heater where 3-way valve bolts on is from aluminium. Tubing is 4mm dia teflon with o-ring seals. If few people are going to use the machine, instruct them to keep their hand on portafilter handle during the shot to prevent unlocking. I had 2 incidents when it rotated and unlocked/fallen down on the floor due to slippage. Group gasket on BDB (on rev A) is from silicone for longevity but very slippery when wet and/or dirty. With few people using it, there is a chance that it doesn't get cleaned properly between the shots. You might consider opening 3-way valve to clean internal spool (I've used vinegar). I had few occasions during brewing when the valve was buzzing and not opening fully at all or buzzing for some time and opening with delay. During buzzing sound, delivery pressure was lower than normal, around 5 to 6 bar. After the cleaning it didn't happen as yet.
