I'm trying to find some info on OPV models that could fit on the Aroma. I was wondering which valve from another model would fit better. I tried to search but I didn't find any post about an aroma OPV mod.

You might consider just adding a dimmer or variac to the pump and skipping an OPV. A little more work while brewing, but you will get a nice slow pressure ramp up, pre-infusion and manual pressure profiling.
