Hi, coffeedude55:
I think I see your flicker pictures indicate that you try to bind two wands ( Saeco's top and Ranchilio's bottom ).

However I already read from some blog abt a guy he recondition a ISOMAC GIADA and SAECO AROMA ( old design, but I assume they are vy alike. )

In that article, he mention both machine looks almost the same. So I think the wand should be a easy swap.

In case you are interesting,

The wand you may try,

For ISOMAC VENUS:

For ISOMAC DIADA:
https://espressocare.com/Qstore/Qstore.cgi?CMD=011&a mp;PROD=1212936215&PNAME=Isomac+Giada+Steam+Wand

Bec ISOMAC Venus and Diada use the same steam valve body, so their wand should be the same size nut.

Please DO let me know the result abt your mod and good luck!!

Thanks CalvinAtNYC for all the great research. Unfortunately I already bought a silvia wand, but thanks for your ideas!

I purchased a rancilio silvia v.1 wand. I then took off my stock saeco aroma steam wand, and brought both wands down to my local metal fab shop in town. He could not weld the 2 wand together, because the aroma's is stainless and the silvia's is brass. So he cut off 1 7/8" off the aromas end, welded a stainless nut on the end, and threaded the silvias end. I forgot to give him the stock nut that attaches to the boiler, so I had to grind down the nut he welded on....whoops! So if you do this mod, don't forget to slide the aroma factory nut on the aroma's pipe before welding on the nut. I wrapped the threaded end in Teflon tape, and joined them. It bolted right up and looks factory.

Here are some photos of the mod.

Thanks for every ones help!
