I recently received a Verismo 580 by SB, but I'm having some issues with it. It just sputters out water instead of coming out in a nice steady stream, and when i put in a pod nothing comes out at all. I was wondering if anyone knew how to disassemble it. I haven't found any manuals online or anything to help me. I've tried descaling it with my dezcal, but nothing changed. All ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi and welcome to the board.

A am afraid those are pretty much disposable items but on a positive note, they are only $150 new so not much is lost.
I suspect a bad pump but it could be something else, only disasembly will tell. As how to do it, well, there might be someone who knows how but again I suspect that it is up to your wiles to get it done.

I don't think many here will know much about those machines but the way you described it it sounds as if it is still new.  If that is the case I would call the manufacturer and see what they can do.

I had a feeling most people wouldn't know much about it. To be honest I'm trying to fix it for someone else. I have a different espresso machine for myself. I tried calling the support hotline, they just told me to rescale it. I tried that and no improvement. I'm assuming it's a hose or connection issue.
