It is now on the counter in the house. I had a minor issue with a water leak at a fitting. Until now, it has been drawing water from a 5 gal bucket, in the house, it is connected to the house plumbing under pressure. One fitting next to where the house ties in, was dripping, I didn't tighten tight enough or forgot to tighten past snug in the shop. Of course, the fitting was in the center of the machine so I had to take a lot apart to get to it, OH, WELL!

Though it seems to be working properly and it made good coffee this morning, I am turning the power switch off and closing the water valve to it when I am not home. No unneeded floods when I am not home please!

I need to change the tip on the steam wand, it has 5 holes. While this heats the milk fast, it makes it hard to get a nice microfoam. It has a very different shape wand too, it is going to take some using it to find the right angle and position for a strong whirlpool.

The pressures seem about right. It idles at 1.2 bar +/- a little. The grinder I have is dosed so my coffee volume is the same and I am using the same basket and I only had to slightly tighten up the grind for the new machine. I was getting about a 20 second pull where my ECM was getting about 26.

My gauge equipped PF only fits the E61 and is slightly too large to fit into this GH so right now a best guess and a similar pull between the machines will have to be close enough.

This machine is a little larger than the ECM is, but not a lot. The boxier shape over the GH seems to make it look larger though the measured counter space is not much different.

It has run for several hours at a time for a few days now so this morning I took the step of running it on a timer, all went well. Here it is from the front, in it's place. Yes it really is just after 4 am :D

And from the back. I am running the water/drain lines over the counter, this is how I got around drilling holes in the counter top.  I still need to route a little better and put some things on the counter to hide them.
