There's a post that covers most of those abbreviations over at CoffeeGeek. It's a post by JPBoyt who rebuilds these things, so he knows a thing or two about them. The original language for these things is Italian of course, so that's why it's extra hard for some of us to decipher.
I've also seen some listing of the meanings for these in service documents by Nuova Simonelli - some PDF that is likely floating around on the internet somewhere. While you have that thing open I would recommend you label all the wire plugs so if you ever pull it out without thinking you'll get it back together correctly. I used a thin Sharpie on mine and it made controller swap out a breeze.
