Picked up a single spout PF and this gauge: Click Here (www.ebay.com) Just need to get the appropriet adapter to make a presure gauge. I also ordered the decompression ducting. Just need to get a seal kit. I think I'll clean up the boiler apart on the bench. No need to descale that way.
The three way and the OPV are fairly new, but is there anything I should service of check while they are out of the machine?

If they look clean and fairly new, then probably no service. The 3 way gets backflush water, and chemicals occasionally, so after it is together you will want to backflush with chemical of choice. You see into the OPV with the top off where you adjust. Probably will not need anything.
