I've designed a new hopper for the Mazzer grinders and a tamp stand, either may be 3d printed. I've also uploaded instructions for my DIY knockbox that is made from a coffee can, a screw, and a straw...
The hopper is a "super short" funnel with a tapered end, a finger-guard that prevents beans from jumping, and features a lid. The lid has a small hole at the top, if one is so inclined to attach a knob / handle.
The tamp stand is sturdy, cheap, and has a place to store a 58mm tamper. Note that photos depict two versions, one with a revised, wider opening for the portaholder.
The coffee-can knockbox is the cheapest knockbox around! It probably isn't good for your portaholder, but hey -- free is free!

calblacksmith: The easiest view-only solution is to use "Thingiview" on the Thingiverse website. Click the blue 3D model image previews and then click, "Thingiview". This requires WebGL support in your browser (I've tested this in Chrome).
I made the source .scad files in OpenSCAD. You would need to download OpenSCAD to render these source files. (http://www.openscad.org/)
Finally, I've uploaded STL files. These are interchange files to be opened in most 3D graphics / CAD applications. These may be opened by the 3D printer control applications (ReplicatorG, Makerware, Pronterface, etc), or by modeling applications such as Google Sketchup, Blender, or FreeCAD. If you want to view the STL files and don't want to modify them, Makerware is probably the easiest-to-use of the above options.
