I have been trying to come up with a creative way to stow all of my coffee accessories so that they are safe and out of site, but still nearby to my coffee station. I know there are a few commercial trays that fit under a machine and/or grinder to achieve this, but I want to see some other members solutions to the clutter. Ideally I would like to build a slide out drawer for under the machine and grinder out of some nice wood and finish it with a bar top resin.

that sounds cool!

Can you post a photo of your setup?  It may help to inspire ideas from others (like me).  Unfortunately, my solution doesn't seem to work for you, as I have a nice wine espresso bar off my dining room that has what I use out on the counter and plenty of cabinetry and drawer space for the rest.

My station right now is a repurposed desk, but I would still like to build the drawer as currently my knockbox - hidden behind the frothing pitcher- does double duty holding all my spoons and thermometers and such. The white thing to the left is my kitchen compost container, which gets emptied into the main compost every week, and is far less splatter prone the the trusty ol Grindenstein. The rest of my coffee/espresso equipment is not in view as it has nowhere to fit on that thing.

ok, Man.  I've really given this the old college try, but all I can come up with for you is putting a shelf or cabinet above the machine.  Frankly, I think I like the sound of your custom built drawer better...especially if you put some partitions in it.

Yea I know! I've tried browsing shops for anything that'd work or could be repurposed but short of some time in the workshop nothing else fits. I guess when I get some free I'll have to go wood shopping and start drawing some plans up. If anything comes up I'll be sure to share, but I'm still going to look.
