It looks like the steam valve currently on the machine was adjustable or it is an air valve. The gauge was reading 2 bar and the valve did not go off,of course gauge could be wrong. Anyhow it is supposed to be a 1.5 bar safety valve looks like 3/8 BSP threads. I cannot find certified 1.5 BAR valves in the USA for some reason,found them here in Australia. This will be for restaurant use so must be safe. Anyone know where to find this part in the USA. I know someone kimchi rigged this valve onto the boiler it did not use the copper washer as a seal. Thanks Old Mike
