Hi, i'm trying to repair my Delonghi ec300m, but when taking apart the top lid is held back by the steam knob controller. I can take the knob off the controller but there is still a plastic assmbly contected to the steam ajuster that wont budge, i dont want to force it off but the top lid wont come completley off with it on. Does anyone know what i am supposed to to so i can get the lid off.
