I have a problem that water coming out is coming like normal from the brewing head but on one spot it's spewing water to the side coming on the desk even sometimes. I have Oscar Simonelli and I'm having holes in my pucks and I assume this is the reason for it. I've tried backflushing thinking there might be some dirt inside causing this but to no avail. Should I screw it off and see if theres some dirt inside? Any suggestion is appreciated, I'm living on a small island and to repair it I would have to send by mail wich I'm trying to avoid.

Hard to say without seeing it (if there's any way you can post video someplace, it would be helpful), but if you haven't pulled the screen and dispersion block for soaking and cleaning, I'd give that a try. It may be that one or more of the dispersion holes are blocked, fully or partially.
