I will probably do the same when I get ready to install a PID. I am not sure if Jim is still in business. Wrote him 3 times and still have yet to receive any response (and I have checked Junk Mail holds just in case).
Auber however wrote back to me right away - shows a great business attitude!

Jim is still in business as far as I know, he sells a quality product and I would have no hesitation going with him. He may have been away for the weekend, I know I do not always get to my email right away.

Jim's the best !!! His PID kits are the best of the best.
I'm going with "vacation" since his last post here was on March 25....seems like it might have been the kids' spring break or something like that. I'll bet you hear from him today.

I wrote to Jim again on the 2nd using the e-mail he shows in his profile (the other 3 tines were on his site using the Contact Us link). Still no response! I see he was even on this site yesterday and today, but still no response to my questions!
I was hoping his support for his product would be much better than this based on everyone's posts, but 3 weeks and 4 attempts from my side is a long time for no feedback what so ever!
We will see what happens.

Jim has provided 4 years of the best customer service I've had from any product. He's been very responsive with me throughout the past and I have e-mailed him quite a bit with all kinds of questions. So if he hasn't responded, it's just a hiccup at the moment rather than the norm.
