I have a Cimbali M30 Dosatron with the digital readout on the front. In order to get access to the programming, I need the service key. The service key is not a typical key. It is actually a piece of plastic with a metal disc set into the plastic. I've tried for months now to find one. Anyone know where I can find one? It is the same key used on the M50 Superautomatics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to have that unlocked with a service call but that's going to cost a bit of money. I don't know that you can just buy those keys but I could be wrong.

you can bypass the key by putting a dipswitch on 1 on the PCB board Most cimbali's use DIP1 on1 to acces techniker menu also possible DIP3 try it, it might work. A red key cost alot. I have a few keys. You can mail me at dirk_reyners@hotmail.com good luck

Be Careful!
The reason I said to email me rather than post that information is that some Cimbali machines use dip settings to reset the program. Some use different dip combinations to indicate if the machine is a D or not, etc. etc. I didn't want everyone with a Cimbali checking boards for dip 1 on and messing up things royally.
Change dip switches carefully and while the machine is OFF. be prepared to reset programming if you make a mistake....
Feel free email me with questions about your specific machine, and I'll gladly help.
