Hi,
Since a couple of days when I turn on my machine the ptressure goes quite high, I bleed it, the pressure goes down a bit and drop down completely after 3 minutes. It can stay close to 0 for 10 minutes and than boiling and than pressure goes up again. Basicly the pressure is really unstable. Do you have any idea? The pressurstat? Something I can fix by myself?
I am french so feel free to ask me questions if I am not clear.

if indeed you have a professionale with the pressurestat yes most likely is the pressurestat, however find what creating the problem, do you have scale inside the boiler or just a tired pstat? and act accordingly, if a lot of scale first descale, remove pstat make sure pipe is clean then after everything is clean install new component chech also your safety valve, if you have a millennium version you might have the "nipple" (which is like an antivac type) not working properly as well

I descaled my LaPav, was pretty surprised with the color of water!!! My problem is solved!!!!!! Rellieved! I cannot figure out how the scale can cause the lack of pressure stability! Feel free to explain me.

On the very bottom of your boiler is a hole. There is a pipe leading downward from this hole and bending off sideways leading to your pressostat. A thick layer of sediment/calcium in the bottom of the boiler can seal this hole almost completely off, allowing the pressostat to react far too slowly to actual pressure in the boiler way over on the other side of the blockage.

I had the same problem a month ago. I removed the pressurestat, descaled the machine and let the solution drip from the pipe to clean the inside of it better. Just an idea if your problem comes back.
