During today's compulsive browsing for somebody on craigslist selling something for 1/10 of what it's worth, I came across an ad for this Visacrem lever machine.
I'm not about to spend (even if I had it) the $5k the seller's asking, but I find myself wondering, "What the heck is that big glass thing on the right of the machine?" So, I figured I'd post the photo here and ask, what the heck is that big glass thing on the right of the machine?
