My name is Jay and I'm from Brooklyn, New York. I'm a huge espresso lover and hoping to open my own coffee shop within few years. The only problem that I'm facing right now is Latte Art skills. I know some basic stuff, however, I need more to learn. If anyone owns a coffee shop in NYC and willing to teach me some skills few hours a week Id appreciate that. I'm willing to pay

Hope you've made some progress since your post, but my suggestion would be to try to get some work at a cafe where the quality is high and try to get the bariati to show you some things. You'll learn faster doing it on the job.

You better watch some Latte Art competition for you to get some ideas from the contestants. Also, you might have a chance to invite some contestants to possibly share his or her expertise in the Latte Art. However, bear in mind that skill in the latte Art can be developed through constant practice.
Did you know...? Dark roast coffees actually have less caffeine than lighter roasts due to the fact that the process of roasting burns off caffeine. www.coffeeloversmag.com/theMagazine

in regards to your interest in learning latte art, the best way is to work for a coffee shop that knows how to do that. There is no replacement for learning on the job (and getting paid too!). There are also barista schools that you can go to and take classes, which are usually offered by certain coffee shops. Search around and hopefully there's one near you.
