Hi guys so back when i was on holiday this summer in Italiaaa we found a lovely coffee shop as you do and on top of our lovely cappuccino the barista put the cups under this electric chocco dispenser and hey presto smiley face coffee like the one attached

Any idea where i get one? Or what the proper name is?

Thanks
