Great photo's friend. I love seeing the high quality art, please keep posting them. Do you have any video's?
Now, as with all art, practice for 15 years will be the biggest difference maker. But, do you have any tips from those 15 years of experience that can help the journey?

(Hello JohnLyn,
thank you very, very much! You are asking for a video, well today I have uploaded a "frame-by-frame" quicktime on my Facebook-account (Click Here (www.facebook.com)). It is not a real video, but you can get an idea of my work. I am working on some videos and will let you know, when it is somewhere to see.
Well a tip… it is always difficult to talk (or write) theoretical about such a practical thing. Perfect is a personal training where you can work and the expert corrects you. The main factor is the right angle/position between the cup and the can, a soft an slow flow of the milk. Before using the foamy milk, make sure that it is a homogeneous liquid. First priority for me is the texture of the milk/foam, because the texture means taste! The visual appearance is just the second part. The highend product is a combination of perfect texture, perfect extraction without gas-bubbles on the surface of the crema and an excellent latte art.
