Having fun with my Strega, brewing Panther Coffee's Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and 1% organic milk!

This is an 8oz, Latte with double shot, dosed at 20g.

Here's my latest creation from Oscar.  It's better than most I have done but I still cannot get a really full Rosetta, mine tend to be skinny ones.

I am finally getting good results, the class did help me by letting me play with larger machines so I could see what I needed to do... use less milk to get the same rolling.

This looked better before I found the camera... oh well.  It is a huge improvement anyway.
