I finally learned how to microfoam on my Rocket! Soooo much power when compared to my Silvia. Anyways, here's what I poured the other night. (Click for larger image)

I'm jealous--had my Cellini Evoluzione for a week and a half and I can't get microfoam to save my life! Same problem--so much more steam power when compared to my old Expobar Pulser that if I don't nail it early, next thing I know I'm done with either very little foam or big soap bubbles. Gonna have to get a couple of gallons of milk and get to practicing!!
