After my last post in this thread, I feel slightly obligated to produce something minutely beneficial for the op's purpose, though it won't compare to what's above (though better than my first post, of course :D)

There's a big difference between drinking coffee to wake up and waking up to drink coffee.
I'm jealous--had my Cellini Evoluzione for a week and a half and I can't get microfoam to save my life! Same problem--so much more steam power when compared to my old Expobar Pulser that if I don't nail it early, next thing I know I'm done with either very little foam or big soap bubbles. Gonna have to get a couple of gallons of milk and get to practicing!!
