It took me about three months from scratch for this final product, and a lot.. LOT of motivation and passion. e.g. I would fight over my staff to do the coffee.. I would even race to serve the customer first :)
After a while, I found it was really only about speed/doing as much coffees as you can and comprimising quality for quantity. I can't do this. nobody appreciates my artwork, my dedication nor committments and the customers I've brought in. I get sleazy pay too, nobody appreciates me. Looking for new industry to join.
