I finally did it! I was bit with the espresso bug a couple of months ago and bought a Rocky/Silvia. Been pulling some really good shots lately and working on my latte art. The biggest problem is that I can't drink milk, so last week I bought a case of the Pacific foods Barista edition Soy milk and today I nailed this on the first shot/pour of the day!
