One Day!!?? Heck I did it in about 2-3 hours. I figured I would need more time in the editing, but it happened faster than I thought, I have a mic built into my laptop so the over dubbing was quick and painless, most of the sound effects were my knockbox and portafilters and voices. The only hang-up was when my older Daughter had to fill in for one of the voice overs of my younger daughter. I wrote a script outline the day prior and messed around with a test clip I shot on movie maker in Vista the night prior. It was much easier/faster than I thought to get the look I was going after, which was basically old low-budget kung-fu with bad voice overs and sound effects, and choppy splicing. As far as Texas? I wouldn't know. I had basic training and tech school there long ago and swore I would never go back, my home is in San Diego.

Rumor has it you did it in 2-3 hours because your neighbor was tired of pouring art for you and wanted to get back to mowing his lawn.
Now don't be swearing about not coming out to the Texas mothership, if you promise to bring out some of the shrimp burritos we will gladly host the pour-off - just bring your neighbor's jug. ;-)

hahaha...I wont talk about the latte art lesson you gave me when you came over, I'll spare your family the discrace (lips moving no sound coming out). I bet my neighbor could've done a better job, seriously I am jealous that John gets one on one training from you and I have been flying solo gleaning info here and there, my one chance at quality latte art lessons foiled by time constraints. As a side note: I do have a Sensei neighbor for an Okinawan Karate form, but he is no good on the espresso machine.

Haha, maybe your neighbor can teach me to throw even more ridiculous punches from a horse stance in trade for me teaching him how to pour bad latte art. ;-)
