I thought this was a pretty cool story. Unfortunately, it's only still pictures and audio, no video. But it's still nice to see some mainstream coverage of latte art.

those guys at Octane do a great job...i m about to do a similar event here in Prague, cant wait for that...
i dont think they use the regular score sheets, i mean its a fun event, no stress right:)
latte art comps consist of 2 macchiatos, 2 capps, 2 sig drinks...8 minutes time limit, design, taste, technical stuff is considered...i have the sheets in czech only but if you want to see them i can email it...
There are three of them: One for taste judges, one for visual judges and one for the head judge. There are more information on the score criterias in the link.
But what a great event. I wonder if it would be possible to run that kind of competition in Denmark... I mean if there are enough intereste people to make a real event out of it.
