I prefer to leave my designs to the imagination of the consumer.  Like - just this morning - I made art that resembled either a bunny rabbit or one of the creatures in Aliens... you know, when they were still in their larvae stage.  My next drink resmbled a mushroom that had been exploded with a firecracker.  Tough to repeat though...

hi,

Here's a nice rosetta latte I poured this morning, on our simonelli vip, 2 shots, 12 oz. cup.  I don't think you can have more fun than pouring a great latte and have a customer smile back.

Latt3rt,

Nice work.  I tried to email you a week ago, but, your email address didn't seem to work.

Cheers,

Here's an attempt at pulling off the heart on top of a rosette.  This one was just a little off center and the drizzle was slightly uneven.  I also was running low on milk volume in the pitcher to further highlight the heart.

For sure. My first few took ages but once I got the basic techniques down I can lay a pattern like that in no  more than 20-30 secs. I have just spent heaps of time at the machine making 100's and thousands of cups!
