When I poured this one this morning I was excited and didn't want to drink it. After I took a few pics I did drink it though, and it was great. It really makes my day when one comes out like this.   Rob

Rob,

I think I'll call you the "Silk Surgeon"! ;-D

Did you ever get the credit to you, that I posted regarding my spiral work?
If not, here it is.  Your description of some etch work you did awhile ago, gave me the missing "Piece" I needed to reproduce the spiral created by Ryan S.
Monster thanks!  If you'd like a "How to...."  let me know!

Cheers.

Simon James.

It's a masterpiece; each leaf with a center, and almost perfectly symmetrical. Not sure whether it's hard or fun to drink one this good.

Today was an "on" day for me as well. Probably my best macchiato art ever. I think the fact that I was photographing and watching Sammy Piccolo do it for three hours a few days ago helped...

Lil' aliens are like, the perfect macchiato "frame" :) On my Moblog, someone called latte art in these cups "alien brains!".

Jeanette was kinda jealous of my earlier rosetta, so I made her a heart rosetta macchiato. Gawd, I love digital cameras ;) This is literaly 3 minutes old.

She let me snap one more picture first... then SHE complained the crema was starting to fade :) (i had to run upstairs to grab my Canon, then I had no compact flash card, then I wanted the flash, then I took the flash off, yada yada.) I've turned Jeanette into an espresso snob.
