I love the body I'm getting from fresh-roasted Yemeni Mattari.  I started the pour too low.  I'm getting better though...

Jon, don't you find that those metal cups alter the flavour of el caffe?

No heart top, but this is definitely one of my better rosetti.  Maybe it has something to do with going back to a 7oz cup after all that macchi art.

No, not really...  Those are double-walled stainless steel machiatto cups.

I poured this about five minutes ago with fresh-roasted Sulawesi Toraja.  Something about this pour looked absolutely delicious to me, so I had to take a sip before taking a picture :)
