Subject: nuova simonelli grinta grinder burrs

I have a Nuova Simonelli Grinta grinder working as a backup machine. I comes with 50mm flat burrs - same as Rocky. I wish to remove the burrs and install conical burrs therein.

Has anyone done this before? I have looked on the net and have not found much on this grinder or modifications of it. I know the vario runs 40mm conical burrs and just pondering the issue of the size i may need for the mod in mind. 50mm flat does not equal 50mm conical, does it?
