Looking at quite a few videos on YouTube, they all do; the level of which most likely depends on the bean and humidity.  Might I recommend SCG's Mazzer line-up Review Video...MASSIVE clumping on the Kony-E and Robur-E.  The same is true for Compak and Macaps.  If it's electronic doserless, it'll clump to some extent.  My Macap clumped like crazy when I first got it and got better with time, but the clumping never disappeared.

Although not pleasing to the eye, clumps are post-ground, so a tamper will cure all to make them disappear.

You get clumping with ALL grinders some more others less. My personal view is that it isn't a big deal. I don't do ANY after grinding fussing with the grounds. I simply groom to the pre tamp shape I want then tamp and pull. No fooling with needles to stir the grounds or anything. I really see no problem and as said above, once you tamp the grounds, ...... what clumps ?

There is no proof, that i've seen, that clumping leads to channeling. So I wouldn't worry.
