Hi everybody. I have this bar grinder i bought a couple of days ago; it works on 220volt and i did not plug it yet. The guy that sold it said it is a spaziale. I did not find anything on it on the net. If you can help me identify it and how I can tweak it i would be grateful.

I believe that is the same thing as a La Cimbali Junior, which I think is actually a rebranded DRM JR. I've owned one before and it's a very nice 60-something mm flat burr commercial grinder. The doser action is nice and pretty clean. If I recall the grounds exit the chute cleanly when single dosing. It's simultaneously nice to work on and a pain. It's built more like a prosumer espresso machine than the usual Italian motor-in-a-metal-shell design. The entire exterior can be removed one piece at a time...which involves many screws. I think there might be room to integrate a timer into the side, certainly room to add LED lighting to light up the recessed doser. Pain about the hopper...it really isn't optional.
