Subject: Vario calibration help

I just got a Vario and was having trouble with the grind being too fine so my husband had me use the calibration tool to adjust it courser (followed the videos) and I think I turned it too many times and now I can't seem to get the Allen wrench tool to "grab" to make further adjustments. I should have left it at the factory calibration setting I think. :(

Did I do something wrong?? Any suggestions?

I figured out the problem...I had loosened it so much that the calibration screw came out and fell into the bin. Luckily we didn't toss the reject pucks and found it in the grounds. I finally got it adjusted better so everything is fine now.

So glad you figured it out. That pesky little calibration screw can get lost easily!
