Is the Forte just a re-packaged Vario? I see the new bowl used on the Forte is backwards compatible with the Vario.

Uses the same burr set.  Has a stronger motor, more features, and of course more professional grade material.  Honestly if you're happy with the Vario I don't see a reason to upgrade it as the taste profile should be pretty much the same.

Likely not any worse than the rest of us. For ME, I had to step up into commercial gear to make the itch stop bothering me. Another thing I have had to learn through the years and which may or may not work for you, after you find something that works and you are happy with....... STOP LOOKING!

Enjoy!

Then be prepared to spend more and more and more LOL
For example. I was perfectly happy with my machine of years service... until yesterday afternoon, I stopped by a haunt of mine and now I own yet another machine!
"Someone, stop me please!    Now also M32 rehab  AND NOW ALSO WITH PICS!"
or
"Sorry, gotta brag!"

Though sometimes I DO sell things, just not as often as I buy them :/
