Uses the same burr set. Has a stronger motor, more features, and of course more professional grade material. Honestly if you're happy with the Vario I don't see a reason to upgrade it as the taste profile should be pretty much the same.

Likely not any worse than the rest of us. For ME, I had to step up into commercial gear to make the itch stop bothering me. Another thing I have had to learn through the years and which may or may not work for you, after you find something that works and you are happy with....... STOP LOOKING!
