Last week, I elected to deep-clean my Infinity Burr Grinder and discovered that it was pretty disgusting down there. (An unfortunate part of this otherwise great machine, actually.) However, somewhere between replacing things exactly as I found them and torquing the screw for the bottommost burr, I wrenched a spring and pretty much destroyed it.
This morning, I called Capresso and discovered that opening this part of the machine voided my warranty. And they were unwilling to point me to someone who could help me find a replacement screw. So, does anyone know where I can get such a spring?
