Yeah, looks like the Lido is being redesigned. I think the OE site says they're targeting October. Under $200, I'd personally stick with manual...Hario, Porlex, Zassenhaus (& Lido if you can wait for the new one or find a used one). Speaking of used, maybe you can find a good used electric?

Maybe consider buying smaller amounts of coffee and having it ground for you. WOW, cant believe I said that, cause I NEVER buy ground coffee!...And wait till you can save a bit more cash and get a desent grinder at low cost. I am not a Baratza fan, buy my Rocky is now ten years old and has been perfect with no issues. SOme people complain of Rocky for grinds other than espresso. I dont know, cause I ONLY grind espresso.
Good luck. \
BTW a used Rockey should be under $200, since new they are only $350
Doesnt look like the Baratza goes the distance. I hear, good in the beginning, but trouble down the road. I speak from NO experience on this, just look at post on subject.

I feel I am posting this reply too much on CG but I still stick with it. The Hario Skerton is a great little grinder. If you add a simple M8 Posylock nut you have yourself a good stepless hand espresso grinder. You can also mod for press down the road.

For under 200 I would forget about an electric grinder. The encore is a great grinder but not made for authentic espresso, I'd say that pressurized espresso is the encore's grind consistency limit. I agree with Burner0000, a Skerton mod to stepless could be a good choice for now until you can afford a rocky or baratza preciso.
And the encore and virtuoso are pretty much the same size, I have both
