Posted Fri Jul 5, 2013, 11:11am Subject: Nice EB/Pavoni ZIP grinder on eBay
As my own EB/Pavoni ZIP gets an overhaul on the workbench for a balky doser, and new burrs (yah, cafeparts.com! availability, cost, and parts schematics! ), I started scanning eBay for bits and ran across this clean ZIP for sale..
Includes new burrs, intact hopper, and looks to be in great shape. I think the sellers estimate of $300 is pretty reasonable for this grinder, but the bids are >$30 right now, so we'll see what it sells at... I've been around ebay long enough to never call an auction before the last 3 seconds :P
(on a side note, is there a protocol for posting up these sorts of things? I've been lurking on CG for a few years, and don't post too much - but I see that there is a general rule against posting ebay listings in for-sale, which aside from the fact that I have no connection to this seller, is why I posted in the grinder forum.)
