Espresso: Vetrano V2B Grinder: Mazzer Mini-E Type A, SJ... Drip: Toddy

I received my 33M from ChrisCoffee (thanks to them for great service and for confirming it was 33M) and swapped out my Mini E burrs. Super easy process, the most time consuming part was cleaning out everything so that it was near-pristine when I put it back together with the new burrs.
One thing that surprised me is the consistency of grind setting. My Mini E burrs were less than a year old (so I'm keeping them) and they hadn't worn much. What I wasn't prepared for was that when I put in the SJ burrs and put the Mini E back together, just for s@#ts and giggles I turned it to the exact setting I had it on before. Much to my surprise it was within about a notch of where it ultimately needed to be! Now that's consistency.
The huge difference was the decrease in grind time from 18 seconds to 9.
Still getting clumping, so I'm not sure I can confirm what jamierayo wrote about it fixing the clumping issue. But if worst case scenario is that it reduced grinding time in half, that's not a bad thing. Just drew 3 double shots to dial it in to where it needed to be and took tiny sips (it's nearly midnight here) and the taste in cup was good but since I normally drink lattes I won't know if there was a taste difference until the morning when I make my normal drink.
