I'm glad you are enjoying it! You will need to grind different for singles and doubles, in a nut shell.
Most here just make doubles. Most coffee shops make doubles (good shops) and they either sell doubles or let half of the shot run down the drip tray. Europe is different but in the U.S. just enjoy a double :D

Just a quick word of advice...
The company that made them went bankrupt. If you think you might ever want any replacement parts... now is the time to find them.
For example, I found a used RR45 at the local restaurant supply house about six months ago... and promptly picked up a new set of burrs, a new hopper lid, and the 80-position adjustment ring from one of the advertisers here for next to nothing.
Sadly, these days they are out of almost all of the replacement parts.
So far, I think I'm in for about $150 total (grinder plus parts) and couldn't be happier!
I feel a bit stupid but im still going to ask. How do i remove the beanhopper. I tried turning, but i dont want to force anything. I tried to just lift the hopper, doenst work. If i turn the adjustment ring nothing happens. Could it just be stuck cause of residu ? how to i get my bean hopper off :P
I live in The Netherlands, so its not easy to get parts, But, i do live close to Italy so thats a good thing ;) i found burrs for 30 euro's. = 40 dollars. thing ill buy them :) just to be shure. I found that my machine only had 2945 pulls. which is nice. I have also found out there is damage on the machine, and its been repaired really nice, but i can still clearly see it once fell down. :(
