I've had an infinity 560 burr grinder for a few years now and it just makes a lot of dust ever since new. I had a $20 mr coffee blade grinder before that produced less dust with less mess, though with less consistency. One day my roommate managed to jam the upper burr in upside down and I thought it was broken, so I ordered a used infinity off ebay. The used unit produced WAY less dust, and operated terrifically. I finally figured out how to unjam mine and got it working. I noticed the only difference between the two seemed to be that the ebay machine had more wear on the burrs, and perhaps turned more slowly. What could be wrong with my grinder?
