Hello,
When i applied the teflon tape i think i covered too much of the thread because when i tried to make it more coarse it appears that the teflon tape got jammed and now i cant adjust my grinds. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?
i know im an idiot.
thanks.
EDIT: now it wont turn on. or i should say it did for a second then stopped. it looks like a blown fuse. anyone know how to fix this?
for the record there's a 2.5 amp fuse on the board. very annoyingly it's difficult to get to. remove the bean hopper (there are two screws beneath the rubber top caps in the hopper) then remove the three screws holding the grinder assembly in place (from the top) and more annoyingly remove the dosing handle, loosen the screws holding on the dosing chamber, remove the base plate, disconnect the switch and pull it out through the bottom.. i blew the fuse trying to calibrate the ring -- i had the top burr too close -- the burrs seized and the fuse blew.
