Have you tried asking Macap if they know of a local distributor for parts? I contacted them through their website asking a simple question of how many pounds of beans I should expect out of a single burr set, and they were very nice and offered to help with any other issues/questions. Also, they responded the day after I sent my inquiry.

I tried Macap in Italy They gave me the address of a company in Italy although I told them I was in Toronto and that company hasen't answered my e-mail.
