Subject: Baratza Vario for Greek/Turkish grind

Hello, I am about to purchase a Baratza Vario for my various current and future coffee grinding needs. One of the things I wanted to try was to grind my own Greek coffee, as opposed to using the store-bought stuff everyone uses.

Does anybody know if the Vario will grind this fine, or do I need to look at a manual grinder?

As long as you have beans in the hopper to prevent the burrs from touching, turkish grinds are no problem. Sometimes, you may need to calibrate your Vario finer to achieve that grind, but it is an easy process.
