I FEEL A NON DOSER WOULD WORK THE BEST BUT I DON'T KNOW OF ANY THAT HAVE A NARROW ENOUGH OPENING FOR THE SMALL CAPSULES.

ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?

I think that you would be fine with a simple hand grinder like the Hario Skerton. I do not think the Nespresso machines are that fussy that they need an incredibly consistent grind. For an electric grinder, I'm sure you would be fine with a Capresso Infinity or an Encore.

^^^ True, but it sounds like the OP is trying to grind directly into the capsule. I wouldn't bother since the target is so small. Just fill, tamp lightly (will take some practice), and seal.

There's something I don't quite understand. Isn't refilling a reusable coffee capsule kind of defeating the convenience and ease-of-use for which the coffee capsules were designed? I think you should consider a regular espresso machine, because not only are portafilters reusable, but you'll probably get a better coffee too.

Often people buy these machines for ease of use then discover how expensive they get feeding them the stale coffee in expensive capsules and thus the market for the reuseable  ones.

Kind of self defeating I agree but ....... there you are.

I guess coffee could be treated as a consumable, just like ink would be. Ahhh, but what a lovely difference. I don't think there are many forums devoted to ink & printer aficionados.

I may be wrong seeing that I don't have much experience with Nespresso, but I think the burr outlet on Baratza grinders is pretty small.  The OP could probably just remove the catch bin on a Virtuoso or Preciso and hold the reusable capsule under the outlet...any Baratza owners who also use Nespresso machines care to confirm?
