Yes, speaking as a qualified Idiot I've owned a Compac K3 touch for almost two years and it has performed flawlessly, grinding at least 5 shots a day, every day. Great grinds, very little clumping, easy to adjust. Have never had to clean it yet.
You or whom-ever won't have any problems as long as you follow one golden rule that goes for just about any grinder, and that is, Always have the grinder running while adjusting, epecially when adjusting finer.
