I have a nuova simonelli grinta and I am in need of a modification guide. I have seen here that a few of you have done so. I got it used off a cafe I used to work at and I gave it a THROUGH cleaning. Let me know what to do nest. I intent to use it as my multi purpose grinder and it was nearly free. A Vario it is not, but so far its not too bad.
