If they are using it for milk drinks a few seconds either way is not going to ruin their drink, imho.
Glad to hear you got great service from them. While their grinders at times have their trip ups due to the nature of making an affordable home grinder, it's real peace of mind knowing that if you need to talk with them they are there and willing to help you beyond measure.

Nobby, I'm mostly using it for lattes, though sometimes I have a straight espresso. Either way, I think the grind consistency I'm getting from the Virtuoso is at least as good as my Skerton, which I was pretty happy with. Interestingly enough, the clicky step mechanism can be easily removed for a more precise, stepless adjustment. I haven't felt a need to do this yet, but it can be done. What do you think?
